Memento, 2018.
'Memento' is a ten-page comic published in Neither Here Nor Hair, a crowdfunded anthology produced by Petrie Press. The anthology contains work from fourteen different Australian artists, all exploring our relationship to hair.
In this comic I tell an autobiographical story about shaving my head, and explore the social significance of hair, as well as the ways in which women’s choices about our bodies are recieved by other people.
This collection won a silver Ledger Award in 2019.
